Hard-to-Place Loans Don’t Need a Longer Process—They Need a Better One.
When a file is “hard to place,” it usually isn’t because the borrower has no options—it’s because traditional lenders can’t move fast enough, or they can’t underwrite the real story: As-Is equity, serviceability, and a clear exit strategy.
Accelerated Investment Group (AIG) is your California funding ally for broker-referred private money. We’re built to help you protect your relationship and your reputation—fast feedback, clean expectations, and a realistic path to “yes” (case-by-case).
Not a commitment to lend. Program guidelines subject to change without notice; some restrictions apply. All loans are subject to the marketability, quality & condition of the subject property for approval.*

The Gap: Why “Hard-to-Place” Loans Stall
Brokers don’t lose deals because they lack relationships—they lose deals when the process creates uncertainty: slow timelines, unclear requirements, and approvals that change late. AIG closes the gap with a practical underwriting lens: As-Is equity, serviceability, and exit strategy—reviewed up front (case-by-case).
| Your Broker Reality | What the Borrower Needs | How AIG Closes the Gap |
|---|---|---|
| The file doesn’t fit traditional guidelines. | A lender that can underwrite the real story. | We start with As-Is equity, serviceability, and the exit strategy (case-by-case). |
| Slow decisions create seller and borrower doubt. | Speed + clear next steps. | Scenario-first feedback so you can set expectations early. |
| Requirements change late in the process. | Clarity from day one. | A streamlined flow focused on essentials—then layered review as needed (case-by-case). |
| Collateral risk is unclear until appraisal/title review. | Underwriting grounded in property reality. | Decisions stay tied to real-world marketability. All loans are subject to the marketability, quality & condition of the subject property for approval.* |
